Sky Towers

skytower3.jpg“Sky Towers” is planned as a premium business center located on a 0.74 hectare site along Peremogy Avenue in Kyiv. The site is in a densely populated area, close to the city centre and Kyiv’s central railway station.

The project is designed to have two towers, ranging from 34 to 47 storeys, and a two-storeyed bank building. Gross area of the whole complex will be approximately 224,527 square metres. In accordance with the project there will be a hotel in one of the towers and offices - in another tower. The project is also designed to have an eight-storeyed underground parking area of approximately 51,630 square metres with 841 parking lots. Around 1,594 square metres will be allocated for a retail area.

Construction works started in the fourth quarter of 2007 and construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2012.

Groundworks started in the fourth quarter of 2007 and is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2010.

The concept design was developed by DLN, Maunsell Aecom, R.A. Heintges & Associates, ACLA, C&A, MVA Hong Kong.
